Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Line Severinsen, and I`m freelance illustration/animator/Motion Graphics designer. I live in Bergen Norway, but I recently moved here from Vancouver, Canada where I have lived for the last five years.
I have a degree in “Media Arts in Animation” from Emily Carr University. In 2008 I won the “Emily Carr University´s – President media arts award” for my animated short film “Wanted”. This film has also screened at several festival all around the world including the prestigious Ottawa Animation Festival, and Anima in Brazil. My film is soon going to be featured in Canada’s Pavilion for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai with more than 30 000 visitors a day!
I have worked freelance on a wide range of projects from title designs, animation, game designe, art installation, illustrations, print etc. In 2008 I full time as a Flash animator on a children´s cartoon called “The Adventure of Artie the Ant” for Aboriginal Peoples Television Network. I recently worked full time on a TV series pilot for well renowned canadian filmmaker Stan Douglas and as a motion graphics designer at Bug. Check out my resume for more details.
